1. What is FRATEM?
FRATEM is India’s first integrated platform for grassroots and recreational cricket, helping players build verified profiles, participate in tournaments, and grow in their cricketing journey.
2. Who qualifies as a Team Member on FRATEM?
Any player who is part of a registered team (paid or free) on FRATEM becomes a Team Member.
3. How is my performance tracked?
Your match data is uploaded by the official scorer using FRATEM’s digital score sheet, verified by match officials, and updated in real time.
4. What is the SDI (Skill Development Index)?
SDI is FRATEM’s proprietary metric that evaluates your batting, bowling, fielding, consistency, and match impact to showcase your cricketing potential.
5. Can I play in more than one team or tournament?
Yes, you can be part of multiple teams and tournaments, with all your data linked to a single FRATEM ID.
6. How do I move up to PRO Player status?
Any Team Member can upgrade to PRO Player by subscribing to the annual plan, unlocking benefits like verified status, scout visibility, advanced analytics, and training opportunities.
7. How can I earn money through FRATEM?
Players may be identified and selected through the FRATEM Talent Scouts mechanism, where fan engagement is structured and measured through the Cricket Intelligence Index (CII). A defined percentage of the revenues generated through the Cricket Intelligence Index (CII) and the FRATEM Talent Scouts (FTS) framework is allocated proportionately to players who are verified through their on-field performance. This allocation is determined based on each player’s Skill Development Index (SDI) impact, which objectively measures performance and progression using verified match data. Players will NOTreceive any cash payouts from this revenue. Instead, the allocated value will be provided in the form of gift vouchers, official merchandise, access to major global cricketing events, or opportunities to attend international matches played in India, among other curated non-cash rewards. At the conclusion of each playing season, the top 15 players, as determined by their Skill Development Index (SDI) scores, will be eligible to receive performance-based incentives from FRATEM, subject to applicable policies and terms.
8. Will I get access to training and coaching?
Yes, high-performing players (based on SDI) may be invited for advanced programs with elite coaches or international academies.
9. Can I get scouted for higher-level opportunities?
Absolutely. Scouts, coaches, and organizers regularly review FRATEM profiles to identify emerging talent.
10. Is there a membership fee for players?
Yes, Team Member Subscription Fees are ₹1200 per player per year (plus taxes), with a minimum of 15 players required to register a team.
