Fans do not bet or predict match outcomes. Instead, they: • Identify individual players they believe show promise • Allocate participation units to those players • Track their effectiveness as Talent Scouts through the Cricket Intelligence Index (CII), which reflects how early and accurately they identified rising talent.

No. FRATEM Talent Scout is not gambling, betting, or fantasy sports. There are no betting pools, no outcome-based winnings, and no cash prizes linked to match results. Recognition and rewards are based on engagement, foresight, and performance-validated discovery — not chance

Your participation: • Contributes to the player’s Skill Development Index (SDI) journey • Enhances the player’s visibility within FRATEM • Can unlock access to better coaching and structured opportunities • Improves your CII score if your identification proves accurate over time
Q8. Can you give an example?
If you support a young fast bowler early and their performance improves consistently, their SDI rises and your CII reflects your foresight. You are recognised as part of that player’s early discovery journey
Q9. Is there a subscription fee to participate?
Yes. Participation in FRATEM Talent Scout requires an active FRATEM account, With a capped monthly subscription fee. This subscription provides access to Talent Scout tools, dashboards, and recognition systems.
Q10. How do participation units work commercially?
Participation units are affordably priced and purchased within the FRATEM platform. They represent engagement and support, not ownership, betting, or financial investment.
Q11. Is there a spending limit for Talent Scouts?
Yes. FRATEM enforces strict monthly participation limits per user (for example, within ₹500 for 20 units or ₹1,000 for 40 units per month) to promote responsible participation and prevent excessive spending.
Q12. Can the monthly cap be exceeded or bypassed?
No. Monthly limits are system-enforced and cannot be exceeded, transferred, or bypassed.
Q13. Do participation units have cash value or withdrawal options?
No. Participation units: • Are not redeemable for cash • Cannot be traded or transferred • Do not represent monetary value outside the FRATEM ecosystem

Special Recognition Opportunity
At the end of each playing season, the Top 10 Fan Scouts (based on their CII Score) will be given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to select a cricket skill of their choice (batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, umpiring, commentating or mental conditioning). FRATEM will sponsor an all-expense paid boot camp with professional coaches to help them learn and experience the game like never before.
